About a Store

A year has passed since I became a good worker in my store. Now I can do everything my own way in my store. It make me happy. It's selecting the items, the prices, and the displays. I think the store has become more beautiful than before and the sales are up too. I inwardly think I have a talent for business, and business is easier than I thought. But I don't think I could make up brand-new business. Maybe business is not so easy, is it?

I couln't begin a new business to begin with. Almost all my family where I was born didn't have their own businesses. They were teachers and office workers. Totally I couldn't imagine a life with own business. For example before I married Ryuichi, I had thought every store handed "Mikajime-ryou" to the Japanese mafia. I was scared like that!

A half of my new family had their own businesses. They had a grocery store, a book store, a furniture wholesale store, and a boutique. The grocery store changed the number of branch, the place, and the scale a few times. The book store changed to Mac Donald's. The furniture wholesale store changed it's goods importer. The boutique was gone! Business always change. It's hard!

If I could choose a kind of store for me, I'd want to manage a book store, because I like books very much. I would select many books which I like, and arrange the books on the shelves beautifully, and write cool explanations, and talk to my customers about favorite books. It seems very fun, but could I get a profit?

So I have never wanted to manage a clothes store, however a clothes store is not bad, it's good for one reason or another. Actually I don't touch the accounting yet, so I can't think about that.
